The Student Scientific Achievement Award in Nano-engineered Systems, established by UW NanoES in 2023, is awarded to graduate students who have demonstrated extraordinary productivity in research and scholarship in nanoengineering, and have contributed meaningfully to the scientific community. Faculty may nominate a student for this award by completing a form using the link below and providing a brief statement describing how this student has shown exemplary accomplishments for the science and engineering of nanotechnology. While NanoES research is broadly categorized within Photonic & Quantum Devices, Augmented Humanity, or Scalable Nanomanufacturing, the award encompasses all UW graduate students affiliated with a NanoES faculty member, as well as students affiliated with the Washington Nanofabrication Facility.
